Coming Closer...but When?

On 19 January it was reported that Tarkan's debut album in English, Come Closer, would be getting a European release in March.

On further inspection at Universal Germany, it seems that the release date for the album has changed. Where previously it had shown 24 March as a release date, it now reads 7 April. This change however hasn't translated over to other sites, yet.

A picture of the album cover is being distributed, and can be seen at some Universal Music sites, so it seems that the album is nearing its release. The artwork differs from the Bounce single Tarkan released in Turkey.

Plus, with information about Tarkan's new album being found at Universal sites other than Universal Germany, it seems that instead of just a German or even European distribution, the album may be released worldwide.

This brings into question whether Atlantic Records has anything to do with Tarkan's first English language album, and even if the album will be released in the US.

Fans wait with interest.
