Tarkan Tries to Explain Belgian Fiasco?
UPDATE: Read the update to this post here. (December 2008)

Numerous frustrated fans had emailed the blog to complain about the cancellation, with some of them labelling the last minute decision as "scandalous", and many others voicing their concern that this would in all likely effect influence their decision when they next purchased a ticket to see the Turkish pop star perform live.
Additionally in yesterday's report, Tarkan Deluxe had posted that no official apology or explanation had as yet been forthcoming from any official sources over the upset that looks set to overshadow the success of the 2008 tour of concerts. However today, in what seems to be a direct but very ambiguous response, a news update has been posted up at Tarkan's official site.
The wording in both the Turkish and English versions are so ambiguous as to leaving the meaning unclear, though it appears to be a reference to the current events over the Belgian show scandal.
In a note to fans on the front page, written in the first person, Tarkan attempts to explain his name at the venue Forest National as one that was outside of his control as he only knew of the cancellation once it had become public knowledge.
At time of writing, Forest National is still hosting it's announcement of Tarkan's cancellation, and advises ticket holders to contact their vendors for a full refund, while official promoter Redwhite Events has removed all information due to the tour coming to an end this month.
