Diva Lets Slip Duet Dispute
Official confirmation for the eagerly anticipated music collaboration had come when in September Ersoy shared a clip of a twenty-year-old music video on her Instagram account wearing a Versace design, explaining that she hoped to wear the label again for her latest video to Tarkan's "amazing" new song.

On Monday's TV appearance, diva Ersoy confirmed that she was going to film the video next Monday at some "very special locations" without giving away any specifics. She did let slip however that the song delays were down to her unhappiness over initial cuts.
"It was like we almost wrote another song," she said via phone link on the TV show.
Song's Delays "Stole Hope" for Release
After rumours that Tarkan had relented to Ersoy's demands to return to the studio as she was unhappy with the arrangements, the song was put on hold for over six months. It had been rumoured for a June release, with the delay reportedly due to a change of musical direction.
The musical arrangements by pop music producer Ozan Çolakoğlu were said to have been passed over for Turkish classical maestro, and diva favourite, Taşkın Sabah.
Previously, the outspoken diva had emphasised that rumours of a crisis over the song was "a complete fabrication". Ersoy had strenuously denied any rift with Tarkan, calling him an "old friend" and "people would believe what they wanted to believe".
