Vay Anam Vay Video Out on 14 January

By Adelind Osmanlı reporting from Munich, Germany

Vay Anam Vay Video Out on January 14Tarkan's official site has posted that the eagerly anticipated music video to Tarkan's locomotive track "Vay Anam Vay" from his 2007 album Metamorfoz will be aired at and Turkish TV channels on 14 January.

Reportedly directed by Kıvanç Baruönü, the Turkish director has worked with Tarkan before, filming the video for Tarkan's songs "Start the Fire", "Hüp (Ozinga Remix)" and "Verme". He also edited Tarkan's music video for his first English language single "Bounce".

Other details that have been released include that the music video was reportedly recorded in a studio in Maslak, a main business district of Istanbul, rather than on location. It was rumoured that the video would only feature Tarkan, but there have also been news stories that a Turkish model has co-starred with Tarkan in the "Vay" video.

Some fans are also waiting to see whether the few seconds of new dance footage aired in TTNetMüzik commercials since 3 January are scenes from the latest video.
