Turkish paper Bugün has printed today what it claims is a response from Tarkan to their report covering the negative comments made by fans at a fanclub about his latest hairstyle, revealed while on a trip to New York City, in America.

The article writes that Tarkan spoke to the paper to say that even though fans dislike his new hairstyle, the singer isn't thinking of changing it any time soon.

Explaining that he didn't take the reaction of fans over his hairstyle seriously, the paper prints that the recording artist was of the opinion that his style of hair suited him.

"What's wrong with my image? I really like it, and there's no way I'm going to change it. When have I ever changed something because of public reaction? These aren't things to take seriously," the paper quotes Tarkan as saying.
