Tarkan Talks for Ali Baba

Last night's "The Sound of Ali Baba" event at live music venue Babylon in Istanbul was host to Turkish pop and rock's biggest names.

The show was in aid of Bajan sound engineer Wayne "Heights" Gittens, known as Ali Baba in Turkey, who has been working in the country for 10 years and is suffering with health issues.

Social media shares from the staged festivities saw Tarkan and Ali Baba link up live via video from the engineer's hospital bedside to speak to the crowd.

The caring Megastar hugged Ali Baba as they thanked the cheering crowd, who raised their drinks in salute to the famous engineer.
