Tarkan shared a video today on Instagram, which quickly attracted over half a million views.

The filtered video sees Tarkan blow a kiss as he rides down a woodland lane on his bike.

Underneath the Sunday share of a morning bike ride, the megastar asks his followers if they have done their morning exercise.

It appears Turkish pop's megastar has taken to bike riding, as this is the second time pictures have appeared of Tarkan taking up cycling.

In June, the press had lifted the images from one of the singer's Instagram stories to say that the singer had taken up bike riding to lose weight.

Tarkan in Another Tribute Album?

After singing on a tribute record for respected female singer/songwriter Nazan Öncel, claims in the Turkish press say Tarkan may feature on another tribute project.

News wires say that this time Tarkan may cover a song for the late Turkish composer and arranger Attila Özdemiroğlu.

In a career spanning five decades, Özdemiroğlu worked with many popular names in Turkish pop, including Ajda Pekkan and Sezen Aksu.

Özdemiroğlu had composed the music to the Aksu track "Firuze" (Firouzeh), which Tarkan covered on the 2013 tribute album for the song's co-lyricist Aysel Gürel.

Özdemiroğlu passed away in April 2016.
