Tarkan's New Album Out in January 2010?
More updates to news of a Tarkan concert on 3 October in the northern Turkish territories of the island of Cyprus have been published by northern Cypriot paper KIBRIS, which apparently give the release date of the singer's follow-up album to 2007's Metamorfoz (pictured left).
Set to appear in the divided island's capital Nicosia at its Ataturk Stadium for a concert next month, the article writes that Tarkan's musical extravaganza is going to be filled with surprises for islanders on both sides of the divide.
The report claims that the famous popstar is preparing to première his latest songs from his highly anticipated new album set to be released in January 2010.
With collaborations from Sezen Aksu, the newspaper piece writes that Tarkan will be presenting 2 or 3 songs from the album - the name of which is being kept tightly under wraps - to the Cypriot crowd.
Tickets had been set to go on sale last Friday, but due to organiser concerns over there not being enough ticket point sales to meet demand, tickets will go on sale this Tuesday.
