Nielsen Rates Tarkan in Turkish Top 5

Turkish megastar Tarkan's latest track "Sevdanın Son Vuruşu" ("Love's Last Strike") has reached the top five of the most played tracks on radios in Turkey, according to Nielsen Music Control, which monitors music broadcast on over 700 radio and television stations across 18 countries worldwide.

Without having released an album or a video to his latest track, Tarkan has achieved a feat no other Turkish artist in Turkey has managed to do, by garnering so much radio time in such a short period.

Turkey's megastar had released "Sevdanın Son Vuruşu" online at his official site Tarkan.com on 11 May and performed the song once at the 16th Kral VMAs on 17 May.
