Celeb Wires: Tarkan's Baby is Born

Turkish news celeb wires are going with the story that Tarkan's wife has given birth to a baby girl at Germany's Bethanien Hospital in Moers.

If breaking press reports are true, the couple have become parents to a baby girl, reported to be called Lidya (Lydia), at the Stiftung Krankenhaus Bethanien Moers clinic.

Previously, the sudden birth rumours were strenuously denied by Tarkan's team, when it was said the singer had cut short filming in Istanbul to be by his wife's side in Germany.

Now, hot off the press, Turkish news wires are reporting that Tarkan's wife was "suddenly" taken to the hospital in the evening, where she gave birth to a baby girl.

The expected due date had been at the end of the month.
