Tarkan Deluxe: Tarkan's Baby Share Praise

Following news stories in the Turkish press that Tarkan is preparing to return to Turkey with his wife and daughter - after choosing to have their daughter born in Germany - and has "banned" visitors and house guests from visiting the newborn, the Turkish icon shared a post on social media of his baby's socked feet.

Proudly showing off his baby daughter's "I heart Dad" socks, the singer wrote that he got a buzz seeing them - before adding "Daddy loves you too".

The Turkish press picked up the post, which attracted nearly half a million likes, with one columnist using it as evidence that this was what set the singer apart from other celebrities and "made him Tarkan".

The columnist claims that while the icon set trends and went wild on stage, he managed to live a calm and restrained private life, making him down to earth and much loved by his fans.

The celebrity couple have been away in Germany for three months, as they chose Germany as their daughter's place of birth, instead of Turkey.

Both Tarkan and his wife were born in Germany.
